Investing in the Infrastructure of Inner Strength
Program 1: My Inner Advocate
More than mentorship, this initiative provides a strategic blueprint for self-advocacy and executive functioning tailored for girls aged 11 to 17.
The “Glow” Visual

The Glow Ceremony: Engineering the Internal Reflection, A Structural Inspection of Self
In architecture, a “reflection” is more than a visual—it is a moment of assessment. At the midpoint of our program, every Apprentice participates in The Glow Ceremony. During this milestone, each girl is presented with a custom-inscribed vanity mirror.
This mirror is not an instrument of vanity; it is a Reflection Point. Inscribed with her personal “Lead Architect” mantra, the mirror serves as a daily reminder to inspect her progress, her foundations, and her growth. It is where she practices the “look-back” required for executive functioning—evaluating where she has been so she can more accurately design where she is going. When she looks into the glass, she isn’t just seeing her face; she is seeing the face of the woman who will build the future.
The Advocate’s Gala
The Grand Reveal
Presenting the Blueprint to the World

Every great project culminates in a Grand Opening. For our girls, that moment is The Advocate’s Gala. This isn’t just a celebration; it is a professional demonstration of structural integrity.
The evening is a formal, three-course dinner where the Apprentices move from the “drafting table” to the “podium.” The highlight of the night is the Advocacy Pitches. Each student takes the stage to present a “Project” for a change they wish to see in their community, school, or world. Using the executive functioning and advocacy skills honed throughout the program, they must:
- Identify the Structural Weakness: Pinpoint a problem with precision.
- Propose the Redesign: Offer a clear, scaffolded solution.
- Secure the Investment: Persuade an audience of peers, mentors, and donors to believe in their vision.
- The Gala is where the “Inner Advocate” becomes a public leader. It is the moment the scaffolding is removed, and the world finally sees the incredible structure these girls have built.
