1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling a minor in TTTC programs, you (the “Parent/Guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Parental Consent
- Minor Participation: TTTC programs are designed for minors. All participants must have a signed Parental Consent Form on file.
- Accountability: Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing accurate health and contact information for their children.
3. Wellness Services & Vouchers
- Nature of Service: TTTC provides wellness education and vouchers for services at Bridge the Journey (BTJ).
- Voucher Use: Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within the expiration period noted on the voucher.
- Relationship with BTJ: TTTC partners with BTJ for space and services. While TTTC facilitates these vouchers, participants must also adhere to BTJ’s specific facility rules and safety protocols.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Physical Activity: You acknowledge that wellness activities (yoga, movement, etc.) involve inherent risks of physical injury.
- Medical Fitness: You certify that the participant is physically fit to participate. TTTC is not a medical provider; our programs are for educational and wellness purposes only and do not replace professional medical or mental health advice.
- Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency, you authorize TTTC staff to seek medical treatment for the participant if the Parent/Guardian cannot be reached.
5. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Parent/Guardian agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Teeny Tiny Collective, its Board of Directors, and its partners (including Bridge the Journey, LLC) from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the minor’s participation in programs or use of facilities.
6. Media & Photo Release
By participating in TTTC events, you grant TTTC the right to use photographs or video of the participant for promotional or grant-reporting purposes, unless a written “Opt-Out” request is submitted to [contact@theteenytinycollective.com].
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a “Teeny Tiny” footprint but a “Giant” heart. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior toward other girls or staff.
8. Privacy & Data (COPPA Compliance)
We take the privacy of minors seriously. We do not sell participant data. We only collect information necessary for program safety and IRS reporting (e.g., name, age, emergency contact).
